OINOE
Oinoe - The City of Wine is located on the first hills of Parma (Guardasone di Traversetolo), an area so prepared for excellent cuisine that it has been nicknamed "Food Valley". The company is surrounded by 50 hectares of land which are 23 vineyards. Among the cultivated vines there are native vines such as Lambrusco Maestri and "historical" vines from the Parma vineyards on the side such as Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Barbera and Bonarda. Particular attention is paid to the different production cycles: working the land, pruning and hand-picking the grapes, which are finely packaged in small boxes to ensure that the grapes remain intact. The company has recently obtained the SQNPI certification for advanced integrated agriculture, which aims to protect human health and the environment, respect the criteria of full sustainability and minimize the impact of production on nature. This certification summarizes the constant commitment to maintain and improve soil fertility, preventing erosion and preserving the flora and fauna of the owned vineyards. The modern production techniques used and the cold forming then allow to preserve intact aromas, aromas and properties of the various types of wine in the most natural way possible
