CA' DEI ZAGO
The Ca 'dei Zago winery is located in Valdobbiadene, was founded in 1924 and extends over a vineyard area of about 7 hectares, divided into two different plots, the harvest is carried out only and exclusively by hand, both for the conformation of the territory and out of a deep desire to respect nature as much as possible, no synthetic products are used and the vineyard is completely grassed and managed according to the principles of biodynamics. The owner Christian has traditionally decided to recover the refermentation in the bottle, thus bringing the true authenticity of the Valdobbiadente territory
