André Delorme
The winery was founded in 1942 by André Delorme upon his return from fighting during the Second World War. In 2005, the company took on a new direction. Eric Piffaut, director of the Veuve Ambal family business, also based in Rully. Today the vineyards are managed according to sustainable methods to reduce the number of treatments to a minimum. The grapes of each individual vineyard are harvested and selected manually. The effervescence is produced directly in the bottle and develops its finesse during the long months of aging in the two vaulted cellars dug into the rock where there are the best possible conditions in which to age the wines.
