The Reggio Emilia Company is a viticultural address with advanced integrated control regulations, it only vinifies its own best grapes, the excess grapes are sold to other companies. In the company cellar a very soft pressing is carried out, obtaining a wine yield of 55 - 60%. The production is of small quantities and excellent quality, the wines always have a recognizable and non-standardized character.
