AZ. AGR. ANNA BEATRICE
Anna Beatrice is a small winery on the hills of Reggio Emilia. The vineyards are cultivated with native varieties of the area and are conducted following the principles of organic farming, with very low yields per hectare. The company is characterized by an artisan management, therefore pruning and harvesting are conducted manually, in full respect of the integrity and physiology of the vines. The fertilizations, only organic, are sometimes accompanied by the practice of green manure and the control of weeds is done with mechanical means only. The company grapes are vinified in small quantities to best treat the musts, which are in no way chemically treated. The vinifications are carried out in a natural way and the wines express the best voice and authenticity of the territory
